When we first contacted the Public Adjusters, we were at a loss of what to do. Our house had just burned down and our insurance companies adjuster had just said “you aren’t getting another penny from us” after paying 28% of what we were insured for. From the very beginning and through out the process, Jane, Ron and Ken were our lifeline. Ken was persistent with our insurance company and after almost 6 months of trying to deal with them, was able to secure 100% of what we were insured for. We never would have been able to accomplish that on our own. Greg and I both agree that if there is ever a need in the future to work with an insurance company, our first call will be to the Public Adjusters!!!
